Nutrition Counseling Rates
I believe you should know what to expect before starting care. Below you’ll find my current rates, how sessions work, and answers to common questions about payment and insurance.
If you’re unsure what option fits best, we can talk it through together.
Session Fees
Our rates reflect the time, training, collaboration, and behind-the-scenes care that go into supporting you thoughtfully and ethically.
Typical frequency for nutrition counseling is weekly, biweekly, or monthly. This is flexible and is decided together in session. There are no required number of sessions.
We offer payment plans and accept HSA and FSA.
-
$ 195
This first session is a deep dive. We’ll talk about your relationship with food, your health history, what’s felt hard, and what support could actually feel helpful right now.
This session may include:
A full nutrition and health intake
Exploration of eating patterns, stress, and symptoms
Clarifying your goals (even if they feel messy or unclear)
Gentle next steps that meet you where you are
-
$ 130
Follow-up sessions are where the work unfolds. We build consistency, reflect on what’s coming up, and adjust support as your needs change.
Sessions may include:
Ongoing nutrition support and education
Support with eating disorder recovery or disordered eating patterns
ADHD-informed strategies for nourishment and structure
PCOS-related nutrition support
Body image and food relationship work
Problem-solving real-life challenges as they arise
Frequency is flexible and based on your needs. Some people meet weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
What a Session Includes
1:1 time with a Registered Dietitian
Care that is paced and shaped around your goals, needs, and capacity in that season of life
Time to revisit what’s working, what’s not, and adjust without pressure or judgment
Follow-up notes, resources, or reflections (I got a lot to share!)
A weight-inclusive, non-diet approach that prioritizes nourishment, consistency, and trust over rigid rules
Insurance & Superbills
I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Reimbursement varies widely by plan and may depend on factors such as your out-of-network benefits, deductible, diagnosis, and whether nutrition counseling is a covered service.
For more guidance, you can review my Superbill Guide, which walks through how to submit a superbill and includes helpful questions to ask your insurance provider.
